Hand and foot kerosene bath

What does it consist of?

The kerosene bath is a beauty and wellness treatment that uses liquid kerosene to soften and nourish the skin. Kerosene is a thermoactive material that is applied to the skin to create a sauna effect, and can be applied to both hands and feet. The process is simple and safe, and offers a relaxing and rejuvenating experience.

It is a relaxing and pleasant treatment that can be performed at home or in a beauty salon. The treatment is especially useful for people with dry, cracked skin, as well as for those suffering from arthritis, as it can reduce pain and improve joint flexibility.

How is the kerosene foot and hand bath performed?

1

Skin preparation

The skin is prepared for the treatment, since before applying it, it must be cleaned, disinfected and a conductive gel must be applied to improve the transmission of the ultrasound waves.

2

Kerosene application

The area to be treated (usually the hands or feet) is immersed in a container with hot liquid kerosene for a few minutes.

3

Plastic wrap and towel

A plastic bag is placed over the area and rolled up with a towel to retain heat and allow the kerosene to absorb into the skin.

4

Waiting time

The kerosene is left on the skin for a few minutes to solidify and allow the nutrients to penetrate the skin.

5

Removal of kerosene

The liquid kerosene is removed and the area is rinsed with warm water to remove any kerosene residue.

6

Hydration

Finally, a moisturizer is applied to help seal moisture into the skin.
